What We Inspect

A manufactured home inspection evaluates the major systems and components of the home, including the roof and exterior, interior, electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling systems, built-in appliances, insulation and ventilation, and other visible and accessible components within the inspection scope.

 

We also inspect visible and accessible components specific to manufactured homes, which may include the foundation and support system, piers, tie-downs, underbelly, belly wrap, crossover connections, and attached structures. Accessibility and the construction of the home may limit inspection of some components.

What You Receive

 

You'll receive a detailed digital inspection report with photos, clear descriptions of significant findings, and practical recommendations when repairs or further evaluation are appropriate. Thermal imaging is included with the inspection, and reports are typically delivered within 24 hours of inspection completion.
