HUD Compliance Certifications:
One Vision Inspections is a field inspection partner with MFD Home Certs. We perform the on-site inspection, collect the required measurements, photographs, and documentation, and submit the information to MFD Home Certs. A licensed Professional Engineer reviews the information and, when the property meets HUD requirements, issues the certification.

Travel Fee: Properties located more than 50 miles from One Vision Inspections' office will incur a travel fee of $0.72 per mile, based on the total round-trip driving distance as calculated by Google Maps at the time of scheduling..

Manufactured Homes

Manufactured homes are built differently than site-built homes—and they require an inspector who understands the HUD 24 CFR Part 3280 standards, chassis construction, tie-downs, foundations, belly-wrap systems, steel I-beams, moisture management, and the unique electrical & plumbing systems found in factory-built housing.
