Who it’s for: Home buyers making the house their primary residence.
Timing: Coverage may apply up to 90 days after closing.
Listing: If a claim is made, the home must be listed with a licensed real estate agent.
Inspector: Your inspection must be by a participating InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector® (that’s us).
What’s paid: InterNACHI® pays the purchase price shown on your contract; you cover any fees and agent commissions.
What’s not covered: Items outside the SOP or new defects that weren’t present at the time of inspection.
