1. Scope of Services
One Vision Inspections LLC provides residential home inspection services in accordance with the InterNACHI Standards of Practice (SOP). Our inspections are visual and non-invasive, designed to identify material defects in the systems and components of a property at the time of the inspection.
While we always meet the minimum requirements of the InterNACHI SOP, at our discretion we may exceed those standards if conditions allow. This may include additional observations, testing, or recommendations intended to provide extra value and clarity for our clients. However, exceeding the SOP in one area does not create an obligation to exceed it in all areas.
2. Limitation of Services

Inspections are not technically exhaustive and cannot reveal every potential issue.

We do not guarantee the future condition, efficiency, or life expectancy of systems or components.

Inspections are not intended to identify concealed defects, code compliance, or environmental hazards unless otherwise noted in writing.
3. Payment & Fees

Payment is due at or before the time of inspection unless otherwise agreed.

Additional services (such as radon testing, mold testing, or sewer scopes) may carry additional fees.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled inspection may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Reports

Reports are provided to the client within 24 hours of the inspection.

Reports are for the sole use of the client and may not be shared or relied upon by third parties without written permission from One Vision Inspections LLC.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the liability of One Vision Inspections LLC and its inspectors is limited to the amount of the inspection fee paid. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages related to the inspection or report.
